 Making a Payment

We offer several ways to make a payment on your loan. You can make a payment by sending a check, wiring the funds, ACH, or paying through your own online banking platform.

 


Sending a Check

ACH Payments

To make payments via ACH, please download and fill out our ACH Authorization Form. Please allow two weeks for ACH requests. We will also need a copy of a voided check to verify account information. This form will need your signature in order to be validated.

Business Change of Address

Changing the address we have on file for your account will require filling out a form. This form will need your signature in order to be validated. To fill out a change of address form, please download the form by clicking the button below. Once complete, this form can be emailed to: notedepartment@sbacomplete.com.

Statement Requests

If you’d like to receive a copy of statements, please email your request to: notedepartment@sbacomplete.com. Please allow 2 weeks for your statement(s) to be mailed to you. If you’d like to receive electronic statements send request to: notedepartment@sbacomplete.com.
