Making a Payment
We offer several ways to make a payment on your loan. You can make a payment by sending a check, wiring the funds, ACH, or paying through your own online banking platform.
Sending a Check

To make payments via ACH, please download and fill out our ACH Authorization Form. Please allow two weeks for ACH requests. We will also need a copy of a voided check to verify account information.
Business Change of Address
Changing the address we have on file for your account will require filling out a form. This form will need your signature in order to be validated. To fill out a change of address form, please visit this page on our website: www.firstbanksba.com/support. Once complete, this form can be emailed to: email@example.com.
If you’d like to receive a copy of past statements, please email your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 2 weeks for your statement(s) to be mailed to you. If you’d like to receive electronic statements send request to: email@example.com
